We combine pure real estate know-how with financial rigour, demanding management control and intensive use of technology, and have consolidated experience in administrative and urban planning licensing processes, ensuring a higher and faster return on investors' capital.

We maintain privileged relationships with the main sell-side market operators, national and international brokers, architecture firms and the founders' professional network. This ecosystem generates a solid and continuous pipeline of projects under study, with a target IRR above 18% and capital multiples close to 2.0x.
