A400 maintains its own continuous-training program — A400 Academy — and invests actively in BIM methodologies, environmental certification, and energy-efficiency technologies. It is recognized as one of the reference engineering consultancies in the Portuguese market, with a consolidated presence across the country's leading real estate developments.

VeriCasa
Portuguese technology company applied to the real estate sector, dedicated to the automation of legal and contractual processes through artificial intelligence. The platform covers compliance, KYC/AML, and contract production, and serves brokers, developers, and investors active in the Portuguese market. It constitutes a technological layer that accelerates closings, reduces legal risk, and allows transaction volume to scale without a proportional increase in administrative load — one of the most recognized Portuguese proptechs in the documentary-automation segment.

Interior design
Casa do Passadiço
Architecture and interior design atelier founded in 1992 by Catarina Rosas, through the conversion of an eighteenth-century manor house in Braga into a showroom and the studio's headquarters. The practice consolidated with the arrival of her daughters, Cláudia and Catarina Soares Pereira, who today lead the atelier and develop each project as a unique piece, making detail the essence of the work. The studio's signature is defined by a "reinterpreted classical" — a balanced, understated contemporary elegance in which the interplay of materials and measured boldness yields interiors that are at once timeless and comfortable. Specialising in high-end residential and commercial interiors, the atelier soon drew international interest: it has signed work in Portugal and in Paris, London, Florence, Milan, Miami, Dubai, Qatar, São Paulo and New York, with more than thirty projects under way, from private residences to commercial spaces across Europe, the Middle East and the United States. In 2019 it opened a second showroom in Lisbon, set in a historic 1900 building on Avenida da Liberdade, bringing together a personal selection of its own furniture, pieces by international brands and designers, art, singular objects and antiques — an extension of the original house and a faithful portrait of the two interior designers' taste.
Electrical installation, Building automation
JUNG
Founded in Germany in 1912, JUNG is one of the oldest and most respected names in building electrical systems anywhere in the world. Its work spans lighting, shading, climate control, energy, security, multimedia and intercom — fields typically treated as concealed technical infrastructure, but which, over more than a hundred years, JUNG has turned into visible design objects: durable, and coherent in both aesthetic and functional terms. The choice of JUNG as a partner to OneMark Properties rests on a shared doctrine. Where OneMark holds that value in reference-category real estate is earned through the complete execution of product and brand, JUNG upholds precisely the same principle within its own sector. The LS 990 range — launched in 1968 and still in continuous production today — is the clearest illustration: a switch whose geometry, materials and finishes were designed to span decades without losing aesthetic relevance, and which has been produced in collaboration with leading names in world design and architecture, among them Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier® and Dornbracht. At JUNG, the coherence between function, durability and beauty is not a marketing argument — it is the company's central industrial discipline. JUNG switches, sockets, thermostats and KNX systems are specified by architects and designers in top-tier hospitality, in landmark residences, in healthcare projects of the highest demands, and aboard yachts — in any setting where the ordinary is not an option. JUNG is present in more than eighty countries, with its headquarters and manufacturing in Germany, and in Portugal through JUNG Portugal, S.A., based in Maia. Its products feature throughout OneMark projects, where the coherence between architecture, materials and finishes requires that even the apparently minor elements — a switch, a socket — be treated with the same product discipline that governs the rest of the work.
Mediação Imobiliária, Curadoria
LumeByMark
LUME by Mark is a calm, precise and considered way of stepping into life in Portugal. It is not merely a real estate platform. We created LUME for those who are not looking for a property, but for an environment. Not square metres, but the rhythm, the light and the structure of life. Today, people from all over the world come to Portugal. Yet behind the postcard landscapes lies a complex system: cities and neighbourhoods, processes and people, rules and invisible connections. LUME was created out of the need to make the transition from interest to real life in a considered, precise and personal way.

Enviromental Neuroscience
SPIKEURBAN
SHARED REALIZATION | ENVIROMENTAL NEUROSCIENCE SPIKEURBAN emerged from a shared realization by its co-founders that today’s societal and business challenges cannot be effectively addressed by studying people or places in isolation. Decisions about cities, buildings, and infrastructures shape how people behave, interact, and perform – but human actions, in turn, continuously reshape environments, their functioning, and their long-term value.
SPIKEURBAN was created to capture and analyse these dynamic human-environment interactions. Understanding this two-way relationship requires insight into how environments influence perception, cognition, and action; and how patterns of human behaviour and decision-making continuously shape spatial performance, environmental conditions, and social relations over time.
SPIKEURBAN integrates environmental neuroscience with advanced urban and geospatial methods to support evidence-informed design, planning, and management processes. Our work is supported by a multidisciplinary network of scientific advisors and partners from academia, professional practice, and innovation ecosystems, spanning microclimate, mobility, neuroarchitecture, and design.
SPIKEURBAN enables organisations to use scientific and analytical knowledge as a strategic asset. Such approach strengthens decision-making, supports adaptive strategies, and delivers solutions that align human experience, environmental performance, and organisational objectives in real-world urban and architectural contexts.
