Lisbon, 17 September 2026 – OneMark Properties announces the appointment of Hugo Santos-Ferreira as Partner and Managing Director of OneMark Capital & Developments, the group's new entity dedicated to capital structuring, institutional partnerships, markets and project development.

OneMark Properties has today signed the lease agreement for the premises where it will establish its central offices in Lisbon. The premises, measuring approximately 170 m², are located in the Alto das Amoreiras Building, at Rua Joshua Benoliel, no. 6, 9th floor, unit A, and offer exceptional views over the city of Lisbon. The offices will become operational in the second week of September 2026. OneMark Properties wishes to thank its landlord, Mundi Alto, S.A. — a company of the Alves Ribeiro group — and DILS, for their support in identifying the best real estate solution for this new institutional address.
