Scientific Council of OneMark Properties — objectives and composition OneMark Properties is guided by a simple conviction: the best decisions emerge from the intersection of market experience and the most advanced scientific knowledge. It is from this conviction that our Scientific Council is born. It will be chaired by our co-founder and Scientific Advisor, Professor Manuel Collares-Pereira — one of the leading national authorities in sustainability, energy, and decarbonization, key issues for the profound transformation facing the real estate sector. The Council responds to a real need. Beyond our own experience, we want to ensure regular engagement with the state of the art — through experts capable of providing an informed, multidisciplinary, independent, and unbiased perspective on both the company’s strategy and each proposal presented to us. An external and rigorous viewpoint that challenges us to be better. Its scope is deliberately broad, covering the topics that will shape housing in the coming decades: bioclimatic architecture, construction industrialization, energy efficiency, neuroarchitecture, and well-being. We believe that building to last requires, above all, rigorous thinking. The Scientific Council is how we ensure this — project by project.
